I've warned my wife that I thought this would be a tough summer in Peoria. Down economic times and the school closings and consolidation could make for a dangerous summer, I warned. Recent reports seem to be confirming my concerns.

UNIDENTIFIED PERSONS PORTRAYING AS WATER COMPANY EMPLOYEES

Had a friend get pulled over in a construction zone for being on his cell phone. . . remember, it is illegal to talk on your cell phone while driving through a construction zone!

Probably best to minimize cell phone use while driving to emergencies only!
